In collaboration with Panalpina, SANEC is hosting the second Broad Based Black Econonomic Empowerment (B-BBEE) roundtable. We are delighted to announce that the roundtable will take place on Monday 31 October 2016 at Panalpina World Transport in Schiphol, The Netherlands.

Incorporating B-BBEE practices by companies in South Africa improves the chance of commercial success and balances the country's economic growth.
The topic of this afternoon session is about “The Post Rating Implications of the Amended B-BBEE Act".
The presentation will be given by Maria Du Preez, Business Development Director at Bidvest Panalpina Logistics from Johannesburg. Maria will elaborate on the current situation on why companies have dropped in their B-BBEE ratings and what this means to your company. What will be the commercial position if you will be excluded from governmental and other tenders? And what can you do to leverage your B-BBEE rating in case you are not able to comply to all codes?
