50 years of business in South Africa

SANEC would like to congratulate its member DB Schenker with 50 years of successful growth in South Africa. The journey of DB Schenker began in Johannesburg on October 11, 1962. Today, the company has grown from a small office for air and ocean freight to one of the country’s leading providers of logistics.

 

DB Schenker offers the full range of freight forwarding, contract logistics services and supply chain management, national distribution as well as customs clearance and was an official service provider of the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa. DB Schenker will move into a new Corporate Office next October so that it can serve its customers even better.

 

South Africa as well is the Regional Head Office from which DB Schenker coordinates activities in 21 countries, including Botswana, Malawi, Namibia, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
