In Memoriam - MEC Nkosiphendule Kolisile

We are deeply saddened by the tragic news that Gauteng Economic Development MEC Nkosiphendule Kolisile and his two bodyguards lost their lives in a car accident, last Saturday.

The passing away of MEC Kolisile and his bodyguards is a tragedy for Gauteng and South Africa. The SANEC team knew MEC Kolisile as a dedicated politician with strong believes and a feeling for international business. But most of all, we knew him as an outstanding MEC.

We will remember him, not only as a civil servant, but also as a warm, involved friend. The SANEC team has been privileged to work closely with this dedicated MEC, both in his beloved country and in the Netherlands. He was a calm and respectable person who had a big heart for the underprivileged in Africa and spent a lot of effort and energy in job creation.
