Tutu 'Man of the Match'

Archbishop and Nobel Prize winner Desmond Tutu was man of the match on 23 September in the Grolsch Veste, home of FC Twente. ‘The Arch’ was guest of honour at the memorable charity lunch, to benefit the Medical Knowledge Institute and the Desmond and Lea Tutu Legacy Fund, where SANEC showed its support.
One of highlights of this event was the auction, where one of SANEC’s valued members, Raymond Strikker (CEO of the magnificant Landhuishotel & Restaurant De Bloemenbeek from the Twentse De Lutte) bid the highest price for the Grafitti Tukkers for Tutu made by team players of FC Twente. This in support of the good cause of the two foundations.
